Initial Comments:An off-site, Medicare certification follow up survey conducted on March 25, 2024, found that Aveanna Health Care, had corrected the deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on January 4, 2024.

Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, and Subparts G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on January 4, 2024.
